Pinks fascinating best seller from 2005 is a 'positive recommend' for all project professionals.
The book is essentially about a big idea, which brings together neuroscience and social science. The idea is that we have become too dependent on the left hemisphere of our brain, and the undervalued right hemisphere is where future prosperity and success lies.
