> High quality people developers who can train and coach in people skills and leadership development.

Associate interim project/programme managers

Highly experienced and accomplished interim managers, with a proven delivery track record in complex projects.  We are not so worried about what badges you have, much more in how you deliver.  10 years in project leadership is minimum.  A range of sector experience is preferable.  A mindset for the people challenge essential.  Ideally you will already be a practising and proven independent.
