Experience: Helen is a chartered business psychologist with 20 years' experience of team facilitation, training and coaching. She has a proven track record of designing and delivering bespoke development programmes to a wide range of clients. Her key areas of expertise are project leadership skills, change management, coaching and team building. Business background: Until recently, Helen was Hewlett Packard's European Organisation Development Consultant. In this role she worked with senior management teams to help them lead change in their business. She also designed HP's management development training programme which was rolled out worldwide, and coached trainers across Europe in its delivery. Prior to this, she was the MSc Course Director in Organisational Psychology at Bristol University, and Senior Business Psychologist within the Civil Service. Qualifications: Corpus Christi College, Oxford - MA in Experimental Psychology and statistics; Sheffield University - MSc in Organisational Psychology. Full range of psychometric accreditation including BPS levels A and B, 16PF, CPi, MBTi. Founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
