Dan has worked as a business coach for twelve years, providing support for senior managers and executives for whom confidence and personal impact matters. Before his business career Dan was a successful professional actor. Dan provides all of our role-play services, through his network of over twenty professional actors.

Annemarie Caracciolo - Trainer / facilitator

Annemarie is a coach and management trainer with over ten years’ experience developing leaders and teams. She works with clients to lift their performance by opening up communication, and helping teams to define their vision, values and purpose.

Helen Ballard – Chartered Business Psychologist

Helen is a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists and has 20 years’ experience in management development, executive coaching and team-building. Her driving interest is in working with people to help them perform better.

Mike heads a successful leadership and team development business. He focuses very much on the heart of the matter, team performance, by working creating learning at both the individual and team level.
