An Executive workshop on the leadership challenge for sponsors & programme managers
|
Who for?
> Senior directors and managers who lead their project organisation or function, and within that have a sponsorship or stakeholder role on projects > Relevant for those programme managers who have project managers reporting in to them.
Delivery style
> This is not a 'teaching' style training day. It is an executive workshop where the participants are expected to drive the debate, and bring their own sponsor situations to the room, helping each other in a co-coaching format, facilitated by us. > Highly experiential and made relevant to your organisation, we look at both job roles and behavioural challenges. > Professional actor/coaches bring the content to life, with realistic sponsor scenarios and powerful experiential practice. > Exercises are personalised to each participant, with immediate high quality feedback.
Sponsorship:
Establishing clear and common understanding of the sponsorship role, and with a special emphasis on the behavioural challenges > Engaging and aligning fellow stakeholders > Defining the project and getting the right start > Removing the blocks without managing the project > Tracking the benefits and ensuring they are delivered > Taking final accountability
Portfolio management:
> Connecting business strategy to operational execution > Starting the right number of the right mix of projects > Prioritising and connecting between projects

An unmet need?
In our work we find this training product requested more than any other ... it's not so often the sponsors who ask for it!
