We have taken high quality senior leadership development and adapted it to the world of the project manager.

 

Some clients just ask us for a training course - we do that.  What we prefer to do is to help you to create a learning environment in which real leadership can grow.  This requires:

> high quality personalised experiential learning (what we do in the training room)
> additional organisation actions and levers which reinforce learning
> real on-the-job experiences with coaching support (by you or us)

We don't try to do all this ourselves.  We encourage you to do as much as you can without us. We can bring the approach, the guidance, and the special experiential ingredients.

More than just soft skills
Leadership is not just about clever communication skills.  Leaders must have the skills, and also develop commitment and confidence in tandem.  Our experiential approach achieves this.  Internally we have banned the pejorative term soft skills.
