You are invited for a test-drive

The people challenge of delivering change and making it stick
More than ever projects are about delivering change in an increasingly unstable world, and in these circumstances the people-side of projects becomes ever-more critical. Change leaders tackle stakeholder politics, team member stresses and user resistance. Project management and change methodologies are useful, but far from sufficient. Taking control is not straightforward when all around are clinging to the control they are losing.
Nowhere is it more important for managers to: step up to be leaders, take ownership, tackle ambiguity and engage all those affected, building the relationships which carry the project through difficult times.
Summary of Contents
> Building a stakeholder coalition > Creating the compelling vision > Embracing resistance > The difficult conversations of change > The business case for change leadership
Our team of facilitators and professional actors will bring the content to life. There will be a chance to meet and debate with peers, to practice and get feedback.

Why do we do this?
We run this free seminar each quarter throughout the UK, because it's a great way to meet and get to know new clients.
We also use this test-drive approach for two other reasons: > what we do is unusual, especially in project management > our people development is experiential; so to evaluate it, it really needs to be experienced.

This will not be a sales pitch, or a powerpoint marathon. It is a hands-on enjoyable and hopefully very valuable event.
