Leadership and team development
From manager to leader
Designed-for-purpose programmes to develop high performing project and programme leaders
|
Not like ordinary training
Leadership cannot be taught by PowerPoint slides and learning techniques. It comes from within, as we grow self awareness, commitment and confidence to lead. The learning environment therefore is less prescriptive and encourages the leader to take responsibility for the learning process.
Who's it for?
Project organisations who want to develop project delivery as a core capability and are ready to invest in people over the longer term to make it happen.

The term management is synonymous with coordination, control and not screwing up. Delivering great projects is much more about leadership; building collective purpose, engaging people, having the courage to say what needs to be said, getting commitment to deliver.
